Latin 002. Elementary Latin (5 units)
Course Description: Introduction to basic grammar and vocabulary and development of translation skills with emphasis on Latin to English. This course continues Latin 001 and is not for beginners. It assumes that students have already studied some Latin. People who have not studied Latin before should wait until Fall Quarter 2019 to take Latin 001, the first Latin course.
Prerequisite: Latin 001 or equivalent.
GE credit (New): Arts & Humanities.
Format: Lecture - 5 hours.
